Chef. They would be required to prepare food as per menu (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian including handling of meat products) and accounting of ration. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties as per service requirement.

Join Indian Navy Mr Vacancy 2021 Selection Procedure

Join Indian Navy Mr Vacancy 2021 Selection Procedure :- Candidates will be selected based upon their performance on the following basis:-

  • Written Test,
  • Physical Fitness Test
  • Medical Standards

Written Test

a) The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective type.

b) The question paper will be comprise of two selection i.e, Science and Mathematics and General Knowledge.

c) The standard of the question paper will be of 10th level and they syllabus for the examination is available on the official website.

d) Duration of examination will be 30 minutes.

e) All candidates appearing for written examination would be subjected to PDF on the same day.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

a) Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory for selectin.

b) PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes. 20 squats (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk.

Merit lists for MR will be prepared based on performance in written examination subject to qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Approximately 400 candidates will be issued call up letter for Enrolment Medial Examination at INS Chika on the basis of state wise merit.

Medical Standard.

Medical examination will be conducted by authorized military doctors as per medical standard prescribed in current regulation applicable to sailors on entry.

Minimum height 157 cms. Chest expansion of 5 cms.
