FIITJEE Teacher Recruitment Qualification:-

A. Synergistic preparation for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, XII Boards, KVPY & International Olympiads

     Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics

     Salary – Rs. 20 lac p.a. to Rs. 2 crore p.a.

B. Synergistic preparation for RMO / IOQM, Jr. Science Olympiad, NTSE, Class IX & X Boards

     Science, Maths, Social Studies & MAT

Salary – Rs. 8 lac p.a. to Rs. 40 lac p.a.

C. Synergistic preparation for RMO / IOQM, Jr. Science Olympiad,  Foundation NTSE & Class VI to VIII School Exams

     Science, Maths, Social Studies & MAT

     Salary – Rs. 7 lac p.a. to Rs. 30 lac p.a.

Training

Selected faculty have to undergo training at Delhi or Chennai or Hyderabad after joining. However, training can happen at any FIITJEE Centre location, but until the prevailing conditions normalise, the training process will be conducted Online. During / After completion of training, the candidates may be chosen to be placed in the respective categories, based on their communication, personality outlook, personality traits, IQ and performance in various parameters of training.
