Review Officer Educational Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree of a University established by law in India, Or A Qualification recognized as equivalent thereto. And

2. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science from a recognized Institution / University established by Law in India, Or ‘O’ Level Certificate awarded by NIELET/DOEACC Society, Or ‘CCC’ Certificate in Computer Science from recognized institute established by law in India. And

3. Minimum Typing Speed of 25 Words per minute in English Typing on Computer.

Assistant Review Officer Educational Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree of a University established by law in India, Or A Qualification recognized as equivalent thereto. And

2. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science from a recognized Institution / University established by Law in India, Or ‘O’ Level Certificate awarded by NIELET/DOEACC Society, Or ‘CCC’ Certificate in Computer Science from recognized institute established by law in India. And

Preferential Qualification

As per Rule 26 of The Allahabad High Court Officers and Staff (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1976, a candidate: –

1. Who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years Or

2. Who has obtained a ‘B’ Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) shall, other thing being equal be given preference, in the matter of direct recruitment to the Establishment.

Allahabad High Court ARO Age Limit:- For direct recruitment for the post of ARO & RO candidates age should be between 21 years to 35 years.

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:-

• 05 Years age relaxation is given to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe(ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Dependents of Freedom Fighter.
• 05 years age relaxation is only to the skilled sports person of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
• 03 Years age relaxation for Ex-serviceman of State of Uttar Pardesh.
• 15 years of age relaxation is given to the candidates belonging to physically handicapped (P.H.) category of the State of Uttar Pardesh.

Marital Status

A male candidate who has more than one wife living or a female candidate who has married a person already having a wife living shall not be eligible for recruitment to the Establishment.
